Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Each service type offers different inclusions — for instance, sunset cruises provide premium snacks and beverages, while business charters come with meeting amenities and corporate catering choices.
When should I reserve my charter?
To secure your booking, it's advised to reserve at least 2–3 weeks in advance, with peak times being between May–September. For business or private events, reserving 4–6 weeks prior can ensure greater availability and accommodate custom requirements.
What are the protocols for inclement weather?
The safety of our guests is paramount. Should adverse weather conditions arise as determined by our captain, we will offer an alternative date or issue a full refund. We closely monitor weather updates and will inform you at least 24 hours before departure if there are concerns.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also offer outstanding tailored catering services with a variety of menu options. Please be aware that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to make our yachts accessible to everyone. Certain vessels are equipped with features to aid those with mobility restrictions. We encourage discussing your needs at the time of booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours before departure, we provide a complete refund. A 50% refund is granted when cancellations occur between 24–72 hours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless it's due to weather or mechanical issues on our end.
